Bianca Cutler, MSN, FNP-C

Bianca Cutler is an independent practitioner in the management of arterial and venous disorders with the MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute, providing onsite diagnosis, testing, and treatment of vascular disorders. Her particular interest in venous disease derives from an understanding that varicose veins, deep venous thrombosis, venous ulcers, and pelvic congestion syndrome affects patients’ comfort and quality of life. Bianca provides a comprehensive approach to vascular health, with a specific focus on arterial and venous disease prevention. Her goal is to empower patients through patient education and preventative care to improve pain and quality of life.
